Tomasz Budziński
Expert in artificial intelligence, business process automation, and technology optimization within corporate environments. Over 15 years in HR and recruitment, gaining extensive experience across operational leadership, management, and process re-engineering. Currently a Project Manager bridging business, technological, and user experience perspectives. Specializes in designing and implementing solutions that automate repetitive workflows, maximize data utility, and boost daily operational productivity using AI, Power Automate, Power Query, Excel, and Salesforce. Delivers highly practical training built on real-world business scenarios and live software environments. Combines deep technical mastery with extensive corporate experience, delivering clear, actionable techniques that participants can immediately apply in their daily workflows.
Elżbieta Cwynar-Budzińska
For over 17 years, I have worked as a business trainer, empowering leaders and teams to develop communication, leadership, and operational efficiency skills. Today, practical artificial intelligence integration is a core pillar of my training. In my workshops, I demonstrate how to leverage AI tools for everyday workplace tasks. I follow a strict 'no-bullshit' principle: teaching exclusively what yields tangible, high-value practical results. Graduate in psychology and sociology from Jagiellonian University, Elżbieta Sołtys Business Trainer School, The Art & Science of Coaching program, and Gestalt Psychotherapy School. This multi-disciplinary background enables me to evaluate AI technology through both technical and human-centric perspectives.
